The certified horse and riding instructor with a great love for horses has graduated from the School of Economics in Berlin. After many years of working with horses in all kinds of disciplines, she fought her way back into life after a serious accident then back into the business world. She gained experience in areas such as marketing, sales, event and project management and in various industries. Finally, Sanny Cassani found her vocation destiny in combining horse and business with HorseDream® and founded DestinY GmbH in her native Tyrol. She acquired the country license from Austria and began building up the company, also in locations such as South Africa. She is a certified HorseDream® partner and certified coach. In addition to her main focus on leadership, team building, change management and one-to-one coaching, Sanny Cassani also trains other HorseDream® trainers and partners and she is developing HorseDream in Africa.

I am an open-minded person, which curiously gets involved in all adventures without underestimating the risks. I learned that difficult moments and situations are a gift to enhance and to surpass oneself. My determination helped me to overcome all obstacles of life and to never lose sight of the goal. My hope and patience have rubbed on many people around me and have helped them to develop themselves. I learned a small moment can mean something big and that seemingly insignificant things can grow into something important. With HorseDream I was able to combining my first life – horses, with my second life – business.
