Beate Gröchenig discovered HorseDream in 2002 and joined the train-the-trainer with Gerhard and Karin a few years later. She founded “coaching by horses” in 2009 and lives on an idyllic farm in the north of Hamburg. In the last 15 years, she has provided one2one coaching, leadership training and team building for corporations. She also offers workshops for non-profit organisations and loves cooperating with other HAE colleagues.
With her former jobs in private banking, leadership positions at one of the biggest discounter companies, and an international social-culture project with blind people, Beate has a wide range of experience in different companies and positions. Horses and ponies have been accompanying her since 1987.
Meanwhile, she is a certified systemic coach (EASC), adult education trainer, mental health counsellor, and trauma-focused consultant. Beate is still fascinated by every interaction between animals and human beings, especially natural processes.
