Me llamo Gabriela Freese, fundadora de LIFE·ENRICHING THINKING. Facilito y formo procesos de innovación, transformación, liderazgo evolutivo y coaching con caballos, en una trayectoria de más de 20 años que conecta organizaciones internacionales, diseño, sostenibilidad y desarrollo humano.
Soy de origen alemán, nacida en México, criada en Madrid y con familia chilena. Hablo español, inglés y alemán. Los caballos han sido parte de mi vida desde la infancia. Soy madre de dos niños de altas capacidades, y esa experiencia me ha enseñado —probablemente más que cualquier formación— a cuestionar nuestras ideas sobre el potencial, el aprendizaje y lo que significa crecer como seres humanos.
Mi enfoque — El caballo como espejo
Trabajo con el proceso L·ET (Life·Enriching Thinking), un proceso en tres ciclos —Claridad, Consciencia y Transformación— que entrena la forma de pensar para decidir con coherencia y liderar con integridad. Como miembro de EAHAE, creo firmemente en un enfoque conjunto y respetuoso con el caballo: no se trata de que el caballo obedezca, sino de una relación entre iguales, pie a tierra. El caballo responde a la presencia, no al discurso — y son ellos quienes nos enseñan. Solo colaboro con caballos que viven en manada y en semilibertad — caballos que pueden ser caballos, para acompañar a las personas a volver a ser humanas.

Gabriela Freese
My name is Gabriela Freese, founder of LIFE·ENRICHING THINKING. I facilitate and design processes of innovation, transformation, evolutionary leadership and horse-assisted coaching, in a career spanning more than 20 years connecting international organisations, design, sustainability and human development.
I am of German origin, born in Mexico, raised in Madrid, with a Chilean family. I speak Spanish, English and German. Horses have been part of my life since childhood. I am the mother of two highly gifted children, and that experience has taught me — probably more than any training — to question our ideas about potential, learning and what it means to grow as human beings.
My approach — The horse as a mirror
I work with the L·ET method (Life·Enriching Thinking), a process built around three cycles — Clarity, Awareness and Transformation — that trains the way we think, so we can decide with coherence and lead with integrity. As an EAHAE member, I firmly believe in a joint, respectful approach with the horse: it is not about the horse obeying, but about a relationship between equals, on the ground. The horse responds to presence, not to discourse — and it is the horses who teach us. I only work with horses that live in a herd and in semi-liberty — horses that get to be horses, to accompany people back to being human.

Mein Name ist Gabriela Freese, Gründerin von LIFE·ENRICHING THINKING. Ich begleite und gestalte Prozesse der Innovation, Transformation, evolutionären Führung und des pferdegestützten Coachings — in einer mehr als 20-jährigen Laufbahn, die internationale Organisationen, Design, Nachhaltigkeit und menschliche Entwicklung miteinander verbindet.
Ich bin deutscher Herkunft, geboren in Mexiko, aufgewachsen in Madrid, mit einer chilenischen Familie. Ich spreche Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch. Pferde begleiten mich seit meiner Kindheit. Ich bin Mutter von zwei hochbegabten Kindern, und diese Erfahrung hat mich — wahrscheinlich mehr als jede Ausbildung — gelehrt, unsere Vorstellungen von Potenzial, Lernen und dem, was es bedeutet, als Mensch zu wachsen, zu hinterfragen.
Mein Ansatz — Das Pferd als Spiegel
Ich arbeite mit der L·ET-Methode (Life·Enriching Thinking), einem Prozess in drei Zyklen — Klarheit, Bewusstsein und Transformation —, der das Denken trainiert, um kohärente Entscheidungen zu treffen und mit Integrität zu führen. Als EAHAE-Mitglied glaube ich fest an einen gemeinsamen, respektvollen Ansatz mit dem Pferd: Es geht nicht darum, dass das Pferd gehorcht, sondern um eine Beziehung auf Augenhöhe, zu Fuß. Das Pferd reagiert auf Präsenz, nicht auf Worte — und es sind die Pferde, die uns lehren. Ich arbeite ausschließlich mit Pferden, die in der Herde und in Halbfreiheit leben — Pferde, die Pferd sein dürfen, um Menschen dabei zu begleiten, wieder Mensch zu werden.
